About the Duet “Remind Me”
The song is so powerful because it relates to any past relationship where you remember every little memory, but you want to know for sure that the one you’re still in love with remembers too.
They sing, “I wanna feel that way/ Yeah I wanna hold you close, Oh, if you still love me / Don’t just assume I know.”
“Remind Me” is like a phone conversation, each one letting their feelings out so honestly in love, only for each other to hear. Underwood and Paisley take turns sharing their memories, each periodically crying out “Remind me,” the notes so powerfully held out that it has a way of driving you deep into the place where your own memories are.
I really feel that this is a classic in the making. Carrie Underwood's and Brad Paisley's voices harmonize perfectly, and Paisley’s brief guitar solo captures the emotions in such an electrically charged way. This is one of the best duets I have ever heard!
This is one song that you don’t have to be a country music fan to love.

Country Artist, Carrie Underwood has come a long way since her American Idol days and is actually the first country music artist ever to be awarded ten number one singles from her first two albums. She has three albums out right now entitled, “Some Hearts,” “Carnival Ride,” and her latest one, “Play On.”
Brad Paisley currently has ten albums out and has sold over twelve million. He has also been awarded eighteen number one hits at country radio. Some of his most popular songs include “Mud on the Tires,” “Start a Band” featuring Keith Urban, “Then,” “When I Get Where I’m Going” featuring Dolly Parton, and “Celebrity.”
“Remind me” isn’t a first for Carrie Underwood and Brad Paisley. In fact, this is the second song they have recorded, the first one being, “Oh Love,” off of Brad Paisley’s 2007 album, “5th Gear.” They have also hosted three CMA Awards Telecasts together, so I’m sure that we haven’t heard the last from this great country music duo!
